God is Thought. The brightness of our revelations depends upon the correctness of our doctrines,

our building blocks, our Godly thoughts laid one upon another, ascending into the mind of Christ.

A SHADOW OF HEAVEN

Commentary: Father God speaks to us through the Holy Spirit in ways that we can understand. We cannot now understand the brilliant brightness of the Glory of Heaven, but we can now understand a much lesser shadow of that Heavenly Glory. The Garden of Eden is a type (kind) and shadow of Heaven.

(Gen 2:8,9)  And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden [Heb: pleasure: delight]; and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life [Jesus Christ] also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil [Lucifer Satan].

(Rev 2:7)  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life [Jesus Christ], which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

1.     paradise = Gk: a park, (specifically) an Eden (a place of future happiness).

(John 6:28-31)  Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him [Himself, i.e., Jesus Christ] whom he [God] hath sent [Gk: to send out (properly on a mission)]. They said therefore unto him, What sign [Gk: miracle, wonder] shewest thou then, that we may see [1], and believe thee? what dost thou work? Our fathers did eat manna [2] in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat.

1.     (2 Cor 5:7)  (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

2.  (Psa 78:22-25)  Because they believed not in God, and trusted not in his salvation: Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven, And had rained down manna [Heb: a whatness] upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn [Heb: increase; grain] of heaven. Man did eat angels' food [i.e., revelations]: he sent them meat [Heb: food] to the full.

3.  (Exo 16:11-15)  And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, I have heard the murmurings [Heb: grumblings] of the children of Israel: speak unto them, saying, At even[ing] ye shall eat flesh, and in the morning ye shall be filled with bread [Heb: food]; and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God. And it came to pass, that at even the quails came up, and covered the camp: and in the morning the dew [of the Holy Spirit?] lay round about the host. And when the dew that lay was gone up [a], behold, upon the face of the wilderness there lay a small round thing, as small as the hoar frost [Heb: white frost] on the ground [the logos word?]. And when the children of Israel saw it, they said one to another, It is manna [Heb: a whatness] [b]: for they wist [Heb: understood] not what it was. And Moses said unto them, This is the bread [i.e., the Bible] which the LORD hath given you to eat.

a.      (Eccl 12:7)  Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

b.     (Exo 16:31)  And the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.

(John 6:32-35)  Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world [i.e., Jesus Christ; logos rhema; soul spirit: the Bible]. Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life [the Bible]: he that cometh to me [the Bible] shall never hunger [for he shall eat the bread of Jesus Christ]; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst [for he shall drink of the Holy Spirit].

(John 6:36-40)  But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not. All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him [Father God] that sent me. And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him [Father God] that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son [the Bible], and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

(John 6:41,42)  The Jews then murmured [Gk: grumbled] at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven. And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven?

(John 6:43-46)  Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him [“by God’s Word through the Holy Spirit” Dake’s]: and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God [1,2]. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.

1.     (Isa 54:13,14)  And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children. In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression [Heb: injury, fraud, distress, unjust gain: cruelity, extortion, anything deceitfully gotten]; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.

2.     (Jer 31:33,34)  But this shall be the covenant [compact, contract, agreement] that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach [Heb: goad] no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity [Heb: perversity, moral evil: faults, sins], and I will remember their sin no more.

(John 6:47-51)  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting [Gk: perpetual: eternal, for ever] life. I am that bread of life [the Bible]. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh [1], which I will give [sacrifice] for the life of the world [Gk: kosmos; universe].

1.     (John 1:14)  And the Word [of God, the Bible] was made flesh [in Jesus Christ], and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten [Gk: the only child] of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

(John 6:52-58)  The Jews therefore strove [Gk: quarreled] among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood [the Bible], ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood [i.e., reads and understands the Bible], dwelleth in me, and I in him. As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

LIFE AND DEATH

(1 Cor 11:23-30)  For I [the Apostle Paul] have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: And when he had given thanks, he brake [opened] it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body [the Bible: John 1:14], which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also [next] he took the cup [the rhema word], when he had supped [after He had eaten the bread], saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it [as often as ye receive revelations], in remembrance of me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup [read the Bible and receive revelations], ye do shew [Gk: proclaim: declare, preach, speak of, teach] the Lord's death till he come [again]. Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily [Gk: irreverently], shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.  But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.  For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning [Dict: recognizing, perceiving, understanding] the Lord's body [the Bible].  For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep [Gk: die] [and are eternally unsaved].
