(Mat 24:13) But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Commentary: The United States of America is a secular version (a counterfeit in that sense, a shadow) of the conventually called tabernacle of Moses which is biblically called, “the Tabernacle of God” (Rev 21:3), and within the Holy Place of that Tabernacle of God, the ultimate unholy sacrilege shall be a woman ursurping the office (position) of the High Priest, i.e., as the secular President.

1.    (1 Tim 2:12,13) But I suffer not a woman [referred to as “the weaker vessel” 1 Pet 3:7] to teach, nor to usurp authority [Gk: dominate] over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed [an allusion to the birth-rights of the firstborn], then Eve

(Matt 24:15-22) When [not “if”] ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation [“the appalling sacrilege” Amplif.] [1-4], spoken of by Daniel the prophet [5,6], stand [upright in pride, versus bow down in submission] in the holy place [of the tabernacle of God], (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea [believers who have remained in Judaea (symbolically the church) while under the imminent threat of attack] flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field [not] return back to take his clothes [three warnings for believers to have no “second thoughts” altogether exemplified by Lot’s wife] [7]. And woe [Gk: an assertion of grief] unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight [Gk: fleeing, escape] be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation [Gk: pressure: affliction, anguish, burdening, persecution, trouble] [“distress and opposition” Amplif.] [concluding, for us, with thermo-nuclear war; fire from heaven (2 Peter 3:10-12), such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be [again]. And except those days should be shortened [“no human being would endure and survive” Amplif.], there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake [Gk: the selected: chosen] [the born-again, imputed for righteousness] those days shall be shortened.

1.    abomination = Gk: a detestation, specif. idolatry /// to stink; to be disgusted: abhor.

2.    abomination = Dict. 1. great hatred and disgust; loathing. 2. anything hateful and disgusting.

3.    desolation = Gk: to lay waste: come to nought.

a.     Commentary: like the Father’s gifts to his prodigal son (prodigal angel) who spent (wasted) them upon “riotous living” Luke 15:13, and received the following in reurn:

4.    desolation = Dict. syn: unhappiness, misery, despair, anguish, sadness, despondency (hopelessness, dejection, gloom, cheerlessness, joylessness).

5.    (Dan 7:25) And he [the Antichrist and his minions (fallen angels)] shall speak great words against the most High [God], and shall wear out [Heb: afflict] the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they [the saints] shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time [symbolically, until 3 years ends]

6.    (Dan 9:27) And he [the Antichrist and his minions (fallen angels)] shall [agreeably] confirm the covenant [of God] with many for one week: and in the midst of the week [symbolically 3 years, beginning the great tribulation] he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation [free-will offering] to cease, and for the overspreading [extreme sowing the seeds] of abominations [Heb: filth] [i.e., hurtful, harmful laws and destructive life-style events] he shall make it [the nation (people)] desolate [Heb: grow numb; devastate, stupefy: destroy], even until the consummation [Heb: complete destruction: (full, utter) end], and that determined [retribution, punishment, judgment] shall be poured upon [flow down as gushing fire, i.e., thermo-nuclear war] the desolate [Heb: the ruined] [i.e., those prodigal sons who choose not to return to Father God]

7.    (Gen 19:23-26) The sun [(Son)] was risen upon the earth when Lot [“that righteous man” 2 Pet 2:8] entered into Zoar [Heb: little: to be brought low].  Then the LORD rained upon Sodom [false doctrines] and upon Gomorrah [false works] brimstone and fire [a type and shadow of thermo-nuclear war] from the LORD out of heaven;  And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground [i.e., all their produce: crops and children]. But his [Lot’s] wife looked back [Heb: looked intently at; by implic. to regard with pleasure, favor or care] from behind him [i.e., from following him], and [through the earnestness of her tears, magnified by God] she became a pillar [Heb: something stationary, a statue] of salt [Heb: powder, spec. salt (as easily pulverized and dissolved /// to disappear: vanish away]

(Matt 24:29-31) Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken [Heb: 12:26-29; “the sixth seal” Rev 6:12-17]: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
