ARE YOU PLUGGED IN,
ECSTATIC, OR JUST PLAIN DEAD WOOD?
THE TABERNACLE OF THE CONGREGATION (literally; 133x)
11-05-17 This message may be

Sunday at 11:00 am, and repeated 24/7 for one week; thereafter, the video, audio,
and study notes are archived.
The brightness of our
revelations depend upon the correctness of our doctrines (our building blocks)
(Psa 1:1-3) Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor
standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But
his delight is in the law
of the LORD [i.e., the Bible]; and in his law doth he meditate day and
night. And he shall be like a tree [Heb: a tree (from its firmness)] planted by the rivers of water [symbol of the Holy Spirit],
that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither;
and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
PREPARING THE PRIEST BOARDS
OF THE TABERNACLE
(Exo 26:29) And thou shalt overlay [Heb: sheet over: cover] the boards [of the tabernacle] with
gold [gold is the metal
biblically signifying God], and make
their rings of gold for places for the bars: and thou
shalt overlay the bars with gold.
(Exo
26:15-21) And thou shalt make boards for the tabernacle of shittim [Heb: the acacia tree (from its scouraging
thorns] wood standing up. Ten
cubits [an undefinable measure
signifying the Holy Spirit] shall be the length of a board, and a
cubit and a half shall be the
breadth [width] of one board. Two tenons shall there be in one board, set
in order one against [next to,
abutting] another: thus shalt thou
make for all the boards of the tabernacle. And thou shalt make the boards for
the tabernacle, twenty boards on the south side southward. And thou
shalt make forty sockets of silver [silver is the metal biblically signifying Jesus Christ, our redemption
and eternal salvation] under the
twenty boards; two sockets under one board for his two tenons [fig. his two feet], and two sockets under another board for his two tenons. And for the
second side of the tabernacle on the north side there shall be twenty boards [sub-totaling 40 boards]:
And their forty sockets of
silver; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board.
1. tabernacle = Heb: a residence
(including a shepherd’s hut, the lair of animals), fig. the grave.
2. Commentary: “Two tenons” = these are two prongs like
the two prongs on the end of an electrical cord that are plugged into an
electrical socket. Please note
figuratively that the electrical socket gives the tenons (prongs) of the dead
shittim board a “renewed” resurrected life, when plugged in of course.
(Exo
26:22-25) And for the sides of the tabernacle
westward thou shalt make six boards [sub-totaling 46 priest boards] [ref. 6 cities of refuge]. And two [more] boards [totaling 48 priest boards] shalt thou make for the corners of the
tabernacle in the two sides [H3411:
yrekah] [Exo 26:22,23,27; Exo 36:27,28,32 plus a couple of other interesting
places]. And they shall be coupled
together beneath, and they shall be coupled together above the head of it unto
one ring: thus shall it be for them both; they shall be for the two corners.
And they shall be eight boards
[totaling 48 priest boards; 40+6+2],
and their sockets of silver,
sixteen sockets; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another
board.
1. sides =
Heb: the flank; fig. the rear /// to be soft; the thigh; the generative parts: loin, thigh.
2. generative = Dict: 1. of the production of offspring; procreative 2. having the
power of producing or originating.
3. (Num
35:6,7) And
among the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites [Heb: attached] [i.e., the priests] there shall be six cities for refuge [Heb: in the sense of taking in; an asylum], which ye shall appoint for the manslayer, that he may flee thither:
and to them ye shall add forty and two cities. So all the cities which ye shall give to the Levites shall be forty and eight cities:
them shall ye give with their
suburbs.
4. (Num 35:14,15) Ye
shall give three cities on this side [Heb: east (of)]
5. Commentary: There are
approximately 27 different Hebrew definitions for the English rendition “sides”
or “side.” The Exodus 26:22,23,27 Hebrew definition for “sides” is “thighs.” Other quite interesting
Hebrew definitions for the English “sides” or “side” are ribs and shoulders and mouth.
6. Illustration example,
diagram of the tabernacle:
(Rev 21:3) And I heard a great voice out of heaven
saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God [1x] is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his
people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Are you plugged in, ecstatic, or just plain dead
wood?
