WE ARE BECOMING HIS ETERNAL WORD

God is Thought. Only Thought creates. Thoughts are the source of all power. We are a product of God’s thoughts. The brightness (glory) of our revelations of God depends upon the correctness of our doctrines, our building blocks, our Godly Thoughts laid one upon another, ascending into the mind of Christ. Angels are God’s Thoughts created as Spirits. Angels are Father God’s naked Thoughts (fig. seeds). Human bodies are manifested coverings (fig. seed pods) of God’s hidden seed-Thoughts that are deep planted to become metaphorically “a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” (John 4:14).

(Matt  24:35) Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

(Mark 13:31) Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

(Luke 21:33) Heaven and earth shall pass away [Gk: go by or away: be past][1-3]: but my words [Gk: logos; something said (including the thought)] shall not pass away [Gk: go by or away: be past] [4-7].

1.    (Isa 65:17) For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

2.    (Isa 66:22) For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.

3.    (2 Pet 3:10-14) But the day of the Lord [Jesus Christ’s second coming] will come as a thief in the night [unannounced and suddenly]; in the which the heavens shall pass away [Gk: go by or away: be past] with a great noise [with the thunderous explosions of many nuclear bombs], and the elements shall melt [Gk: be dissolved] with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation [Gk: behavior] and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt [Gk: be dissolved] with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness [Gk: innocence, holiness]. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent [Gk: use speed, to make an effort, be prompt or earnest: labour, study] that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

4.    Commentary: “my words” = God’s words are eternal. God is Thought. God is “the invisible God” Col 1:15. God’s spirits (thoughts - angels) are eternal [a]. Our spirit is eternal because our natural soul (mind - thoughts) is being “transformed” (Rom 12:2) into the spirit (mind - thoughts) of Christ.

a.     (Psa 104:4) [God] Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire. [Heb 1:7]

b.    (1 Cor 2:14-16) But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ [i.e., Holiness].

5.    (Luke 8:11) Now the parable is this: The seed is the word [Gk: logos] of God.

a.     Commentary: the words of God (the Bible) are seeds [logos - visible] that fully encompass (cover) the fruit [rhema - invisible] that is contained within those seeds.

6.    (John 1:14) And the [invisible] Word [Gk: logos] [of God] was made flesh [as the Bible, visible in/as Jesus/Christ (man/God, seed/fruit)], and dwelt among [Gk: in] us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth [does not that latter phrase exactly describe the Bible?].

7.    Commentary: Jesus Christ (man/God, seed/fruit) was a walking talking Bible, as are we.

TAKE HEED TO YOURSELVES

(Luke 17:1-4) Then said he [Jesus] unto the disciples [Gk: learners, pupils] [students], It is impossible but that offences [“temptations, that is, snares, traps set to entice to sin” Amplif.] will [not] come [upon you]: but woe unto him [that channel], through whom they come! It were better for him that a millstone [a large heavy grinding stone] were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea [of drowning humanity], than that he should offend [“cause to sin or be a snare to” Amplif.] one of these little ones [“lowly in rank or influence” Amplif.]. Take heed to yourselves [a weighty, of great consequence warning from Jesus to His disciples (Christians)]: If thy brother [and who is my brother?] trespass [Gk: sin] against thee [1], rebuke [Gk: censure or admonish] him; and if he repent [Gk: to think differently, reconsider] [saying, I am sorry], forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him [“that is, give up resentment and consider the offense as recalled and annulled” Amplif.].

1.    trespass = Dict: 1. to go beyond the limits of what is considered right or moral; do wrong, transgress. 2. to go on another’s land or property without permission or right. 3. to intrude.

INCREASE OUR FAITH

(Luke 17:5) And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith [Gk: belief].

1.    Commentary: “the apostles said” = they exercised their mental power by building (composing, bringing together, constructing) into words a code, a selectively organized symbolic word-structure consisting of their thoughts which they then physically pronounced (presented) unto the Lord.

(Luke 17:6) And the Lord said, If ye had faith [Gk: belief] as a grain of mustard seed [relatively speaking, the smallest tiniest seed], ye might say [1] unto this sycamine [sycamore] tree, Be thou [a command] plucked up by the root, and be thou [a command] planted in the sea; and it should obey you [referring to the enormity of the tremendous potential of God’s latent power that is inherent within you] [2].

1.    Commentary: “ye might say” = you might exercise and express your power in words which are a code (a tongue). The words in the Bible are “the tongue” of the Lord. Words have power because they are the seed containers of thoughts which are the source of all power.

a.     code = Dict: a set of signals representing letters or numerals, used in sending messages.

2.    obey = Gk: to hear (as a subordinate), listen attentively; to heed or conform to a command or authority: hearken, be obedient to.
