(2 Thes
2:6-8)
And now ye know what [i.e., the Holy Spirit of God] withholdeth
[“is restraining” NKJV] that he [who is
being
restrained, i.e., the corporate antichrist (unbelieving) body
of unclean
spirits on earth] might be revealed
[Gk: to take off the cover: disclosed] in his [appointed]
time. For the mystery of iniquity [Gk:
lawlessness, wickedness: unrighteousness] doth already
work: only
he who now letteth [“restrains” NKJV] will let
[restrain],
until he be taken out of the way [happening now
by the way
of “rapture” A PROCESS]. And then shall that Wicked
be revealed [Gk: to
take off the cover:
disclosed], whom the Lord shall
consume [1]
with the spirit of his mouth, and shall
destroy with
the brightness [Gk: manifestation] of his
coming
[Gk: return: presence]:
1.
(Heb
12:29) For our God is a consuming [Gk:
to consume utterly] fire [i.e.,
nuclear].
GOD
IS NOW IN THE PROCESS OF DIVIDING HIS SHEEP FROM THE
GOATS
in
preparation
for
the rule, reign of Jesus Christ on this earth in us during the
last
1,000 year
period
of the Bible named the Millennium which is our graduate
school.
THE
DIVISION (SEPARATION, DIVORCE)
(Matt
25:31-33)
When the Son of man [Jesus
Christ]
shall come in his [full]
glory [in us] [1], and all
the
holy angels with him [bringing Heaven with Him, i.e.,
bringing the
fullness of the Holy Spirit with Him] [2], then shall he sit
upon
[sit upon we who are] the
throne of his glory [ref.
the
ark of the covenant (Exo 25:22); the Sons of God company]: And
before him shall be gathered all nations [i.e., the
world, by
extension the universe]: and he shall separate
[Gk: to set off by boundary: divide, sever] them one from another, as a
shepherd [Gk: pastor] divideth
his sheep from the goats: And
he shall set the sheep on his right [positive
connotations
(extreme)] hand, but the goats on the left
[negative connotations (extreme)].
1.
(Rom
8:18,19) For I reckon that the
sufferings [tribulations] of this present time are
not worthy
to be compared with the glory [Gk:
(as
very apparent): dignity, honor, praise, worship] which shall be revealed [Gk: to take off the
cover: disclosed]
in us [i.e., THE GLORY
IS ALREADY
IN US]. For the earnest expectation [Gk:
intense
anticipation] of the creature [Gk: creation]
waiteth [a]
for the manifestation [Gk: disclosure: appearing,
coming] of
the sons of God.
a.
(Luke
21:19) In your patience
possess ye [i.e., remain in
control of] your souls [thoughts].
2.
(Luke
17:20,21) And when he was
demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God [i.e.,
“the
kingdom of heaven” Matt 19:23,24] should come, he
answered
them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation [Gk:
ocular evidence]: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo
there!
for, behold, the kingdom of God
is
within you [God is within you, the glory
is
within you].
(Matt
25:34-36)
Then shall the King [“KING OF
KINGS, AND
LORD OF LORDS” Rev 19:16] say unto them on
his right hand [“his sheep”], Come, ye blessed of
my
Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for
you from the
foundation of the world [Gk: cosmos (universe)] [1]: For
I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty,
and ye gave
me drink: I was a stranger [Gk: foreign, (literally)
alien],
and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick,
and
ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
1.
(Eph
1:3,4) Blessed be the God
and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath
blessed us [(past tense)] with all spiritual
blessings in
heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen
[Gk: selected] us in him
before
[Gk: in front of, prior to] the
foundation of the world [Gk: cosmos (universe)],
that we
should be holy and without blame before [Gk: the presence of]
him
in love:
(Matt
25:37-40)
Then shall the righteous [“his
sheep”] answer him, saying, Lord, when
saw we
thee an hungred, and fed
thee? or
thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw
we thee a
stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and
came unto
thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say
unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto
one of the least [(literally)]
of these my brethren, ye have
done it unto me
[because “the glory” is inside everyone; however, it is
an
undiscovered undug well of living water in most] [1].
1.
(Matt
13:44) Again, the
kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure [Gk: a deposit, wealth] hid [Gk:
concealed:
kept secret] in a field [“The
field is the world” Matt 13:38]; the which when a man hath
found [discovered],
he hideth [from people unwilling to dig], and for joy
thereof goeth
and selleth all that he hath [i.e., all his worldly interests],
and buyeth [with the precious
minutes of his life-time] that
field.
(Matt
25:41-43)
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand [“the
goats”], Depart from me, ye
cursed [Gk:
ye doomed], into everlasting fire, prepared
for the devil and his angels [prepared for all
unclean spirits, unsaved spirits]: For I was an hungred,
and ye
gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I
was
a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me
not:
sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
(Matt
25:44-46)
Then shall they [“the
goats”]
also answer him, saying, Lord, when
saw we thee
an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister [serve
God’s
love] unto thee? Then
shall he
answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it
not to
one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these [“the
goats”] shall go away into everlasting punishment [Gk: penal
infliction: torment] [connoting some type of unredeemable endless
confinement,
i.e., the abyss] [1]: but the righteous [“his
sheep” were
teachable, did right, and graduated] into life eternal [immersed
in glory].
1.
Commentary:
“everlasting
punishment” = Why? Because they did wrong (they
sinned), but these
unteachable, unforgiven, unsaved, unclean spirits (from
God’s
point-of-view: criminals Law-breakers) refuse
to confess their criminality, plead to be forgiven, and to follow Jesus
Christ.
Amen
