THE BEGINNING OF MIRACLES PROPHECY

12-31-17 This message may be viewed live streaming video at www.tabernacleofmoses.org commencing today Sunday at 11:00 am, and repeated 24/7 for one week; thereafter, the video, audio, and study notes are archived.

The brightness of our revelations depend upon the correctness of our doctrines (our building blocks)

(John 2:1-11)  And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage. And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come. His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece. Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it. When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now. This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

(John 2:1-7)  And the third day [“The Third Day Prophecy” DELIVERED 11-26-17] there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee [“The Red Sea Prophecy” DELIVERED 12-03-17]; and the mother of Jesus was there: And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage [“The Marriage Prophecy” DELIVERED 12-10-17]. And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine [i.e., the “fruit” of the Holy Spirit] [wine is composed of water and fermented fruit]. Jesus saith unto her, Woman [a respectful designation in the Greek, here symbolic of all mankind], what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come [1]. His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. And there were set there six [a numerical symbol of man in the Bible] waterpots of stone [“The Six Waterpots Prophecy” DELIVERED 12-17-17], after the manner of the purifying [Gk: washing off, expiation (Dict: atonement): purification] of the Jews, containing two [112 lbs] or three [168 lbs] firkins [a firkin is a British liquid weight unit of 56 pounds] apiece. Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water [i.e., the “seed” of the Holy Spirit]. And they [the obedient servants] filled them [the six waterpots representing all (receptive) men and women] up to the brim.

1.     (John 17:1)  These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come [i.e., the hour of His crucifixion, and the sending the Holy Spirit upon mankind]; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: [ref: John 12:23,27; 13:1; 16:21,32]

(John 2:8-11)  And he saith unto them [please note that without the presence of Jesus, the miracle would not have happened. Do miracles happen without the presence of Jesus?], Draw out now [1], and bear [Gk: carry] [carry what? carry the water that becomes wine in the presence of Jesus] unto the governor of the feast [Gk: the director of entertainment; governor (ruler) of the feast]. And they bare it [the servants (ministers) bare the water]. When the ruler of the feast had tasted [2,3] [Gk: experienced][received, and noted the difference in] the water that was made wine [i.e., the water of the word that was made the wine of the word; the ruler experienced his first revelation (the difference between the water of the word and the wine of the word) and got saved, restored], and knew not whence it was [and knew not from where it came from]: (but the servants which drew the water knew [and Jesus was present];) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine [an allusion to the Old Testament]; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine [the even “gooder” wine] until now [i.e., prophesying the New Testament]. This beginning of miracles [prophecy] did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth [Gk: rendered apparent] his glory [His Shekinah: Heb: the Devine Presence]; and his disciples [Gk: learners, pupils] [students]  believed on him.

1.     (Eph 5:25,26)  Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church [i.e., the Bride of Christ], and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word [Gk: rhema (revelations)] [water is a symbol of the Holy Spirit],

a.     (Rom 10:17)  So then faith [Gk: belief] [cleanliness] cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word [Gk: rhema] of God.

2.     (Psa 34:8)  O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

3.     Commentary: At the moment when the ruler of the feast had “tasted” the water and discerned the difference between the logos seed water of the word, and the rhema fruit wine of the word, he had then just received eternal salvation and been restored into the Kingdom of God (i.e., his spiritual eyes had been opened). This marriage was a type and shadow of the marriage of the Bride of Christ (us) and Jesus Christ (the groom), servants all. The single exception to servant-hood initially being the governor-ruler who also became a servant after tasting the water that became wine, i.e., after becoming saved.
